Do you have air conditioning?
Yes! We have newly installed, highly efficient central A/C.

Is there high speed internet?
Yes. We have wi-fi on a secure network. You will find password information in the binder of the condo.

Do you have stuff for the beach?
Yes. We have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for the beach. BYOB (Bring your own bathing suit)

Do you have a hairdryer?
Yes. We also have an ironing board and iron.

How well is the kitchen stocked?
We make sure that the kitchen is stocked almost as well as your own home. We have over 12 spices available, plus salt and pepper. All the top of the line cooking gear!

Do you have a barbeque?
Yes. There is a grill on the lanai.
​
Do you have a washer and dryer?
Yes. We even supply starter laundry detergent.
​
Is the view as good as the pictures show?
It's better! Sunsets nightly on the lanai. Unit 11D is the 4th Building back on the greenbelt. It doesn't get much better than this!
