High Season
January 2nd to April 18th : $325 per night

Low Season
April 18th to December 18th: $275 per night

Holiday Season
November 20th to November 28th : $325 per night
December 18th - January 2nd : $375 per night

Rates are for 2 Guests:  Add $15/ per guest to a maximum of 4 Guests

Policies:

2 night deposit to confirm reservation**

Unit is reserved when deposit is received

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:  Outside of 60 days 1 night of the deposit will be refunded if the condo is re-rented.  1 night will be held for an administration fee.  Inside of 60 days we will refund any $$ that we are able to recover from re-renting the condo minus the 1 night administration fee.

$200 security deposit required. Deposit refunded if no damage or excessive cleaning required

Cleaning fee charged for stays less than 7 nights

12.42% Hawaii State tax will be added to all reservations

14 Night minimum for all stays over Christmas and New Year...No Exceptions.

No Smoking (even on the lanai) or Pets permitted

Check-in 3pm, Checkout at 10am

We try to keep our costs low by cutting out the middle person and offering our guests an exceptional value.  Any stays over 12 nights will be charged an additional night for the deposit for each week to confirm the reservation.  i.e.  14 days = 3 night deposit, 19 days = 4 night deposit etc.
